I specialize in helping people with relationship restoration. It is the quickest and most productive way for positive change in any environment. People will say, “Just give it some time.” Contrary to popular belief, time does not heal all things. Relationship restoration brings peace and increased productivity. Time cannot be restored, don’t waste any of it.
We cannot exist in this world without relying on each other. We all have different strengths and weaknesses. “We must share our strengths to strengthen our weaknesses.” Those who do, have valued relationships. Those who don’t will be overcome by their weakness. From a corporate perspective, companies who do, have strength in the market place. Companies who don’t, struggle to make sales goals. "We who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength and not just please ourselves" (Romans 15:1).
When we have a leaking water pipe in our home, we fix it as fast as possible to avoid extensive damage. Ignoring fractured relationships can cause even more collateral damage than a leaking water pipe. Therefore, we ought to have a higher sense of urgency about relationship restoration. The longer we wait, the more extensive the damage. From a corporate perspective, the longer we wait, the more difficult it is to recover from lost sales opportunities. When we have trouble, the Bible teaches us to deal with it quickly. In fact, Jesus says; it is better to not let the sun go down on your anger (Ephesians 4:26).
